Job Description : 

• Work with business users to document business processes
• Communicate with the business to identify, analyse and translate business needs into functional specifications
• Serve as the interface between the business and the development, QA, Testing and Project Management Teams
• Understand, communicate and manage user expectations
• Assess business risk as it relates to change
• Analyse business processes and identify operational improvements through discussions with stakeholders
• Excellent internal consulting skills
• Collaborate on Testing approach and plans
• Develop documentation guidelines and best practices
• Good to have Life sciences Experience.
