NW.js 0.21.4 (first nightly build) won't run on Win 10

Just downloaded NW v0.21.4 (3/18/2017 nightly).

Windows 10 says "This app can't run on your PC - to find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher."

I have not seen this issue with other releases -- NW 0.21.3 and NW 0.22.0b1 for example run fine.

Interesting, what is the date of 0.22.0b1?

There is really no change between 0.21.3 and the nightly except the version bump btw.

Update:

No problem with 3/20/2017 nightly of NW 0.21.4. So, I took some time to re-check my issue with the first NW 0.21.4 nightly -- I had not looked at it more after my initial failure (and eMail), assuming that it would be resolved if it was a "real" issue. Naturally, I now see that it was a stupid user (me) error. I had downloaded the x64 build on my 32-bit laptop..... duh!!! Window 10 was correct in telling me that "this program will not run on your PC."
