Odd Windows build error.

Has anyone seen this one? did a fresh sync on 0.59 branch and started seeing this error.

v8\torque-generated/src/builtins/typed-array-filter-tq-csa.h(3,1): error: unknown type name 'Object'; did you mean 'v8::Object'?

Is this building Node or Chromium? And what's the platform?

Windows 32bit building chromium . Oddly build was fine on this machine a few weeks ago and 0.59 builds ok on other machines.
