According to this page nw.js can use the Pepper Flash plugin. Just put the plugin files to the PepperFlash directory.

I can install Pepper Flash from repository on my Linux box (Debian) but I need it to be included with my packaged app for each platform.

Where do I download the Pepper Flash plugins for the various platforms?

Thanks. I had already visited that page but it doesn't say anything about Pepper.

I thought Pepper Flash was a special implementation of Flash especially made for Chromium/Chrome by Google. And not the same as the one from Adobe.

I strongly support Martin's suggestion. I was searching the internet for "Pepper Flash" "PepperFlashPlugin" etc. and to no avail. Some places mention it being bundled with Chrome, which is certainly not the case, at least for the MacOS version. When you download it from Adobe, you actually get a '/Library/Internet Plug-Ins/PepperFlashPlayer' directory, but the download links never mention the word "Pepper", and in all honesty the project name seems to have been vaporized with the exception of some Linux package repositories. This caused a lot of confusion for me when trying to follow the advice on the mentioned documentation page.

What worked for me was:
1. Getting the plugin from a Linux package like this one.
2. Then pasting the PepperFlash folder inside the nwjs folder, and that's all.

What I do to get 32 and 64-bit flash player for windows:

1. Get PPAPI (for Chromium) Flash installer for Windows (8,10) from http://www.adobe.com/go/getflash
2. Install Flash player of both 32 bit and 64 bit Windows machine. I use 32-bit flash player for 32-bit version of our app and 64-bit version for 64-bit app
3. Open Windows/System32/Macromed/Flash folder, copy pepflash...dll and manifest files from there and place them in PepperFlash subfolder in the apps folder
