Looking for an example of a component build on Windows x64 that works

Hi,

Does anyone have a set of steps that works for creating a component build on x64 windows?

Buildbot only does release builds, so it doesn't help much.

Specifically, what exact commit works, and what are the GYP* variables, and args.gn settings?

It would be great if it works with VS2022 for everything.
