Paste into Input text field not working in Win8.1

OK, this doesn't happen to everyone so its a pain to debug

SOME users (I think only on Win8.1) can't paste into a single line INPUT field. I am on Win8.1 and never have an issue.

They CAN paste into a contenteditable div, but NOT in an INPUT text field.

Running on 0.8.3 of node-webkit.

Anyone seen this?

Try to update NW at first.

Unfortunately that requires a re-release of a commercial product, since I cannot recreate the issue myself. I'd like to get some proof of the issue first.

Make 2 test build with code, that represent this part of application: with current version of NW and new version. Then give it users with bugs and get feedback.

Took your advice and it did seem to fix the issue.

I am assuming its the Chromium 32 upgrade that fixed it.
