每次node-webkit的release都是基于最新版的Chromium吗？flash插件为什么不起作用

各位：晚上好!
我有2个疑问，不知道谁能帮帮我：
第一个问题：每次node-webkit的release都是基于最新版的Chromium吗，还是某一个版本？如果需要支持h.264，我该编译哪个版本的Chromium或者从哪个版本的chrome内提取ffmpegsumo.dll
第二个问题：我在package.json内 设置了plugin为true，并且copy了plugins\PepperFlash\pepflashplayer.dll 在根目录 但是页面内加载flash却得到could'nt load plug-in 为什么呢，有什么办法可以解决，谢谢！
