Simplest way is to copy it inside nw.app. Right click on it and choose show package contents in finder then copy it in the Contents folder I think. Not sure about that part.

I've done this by copying how it is done in Prepros.

Rename nw.app to your app's name and edit the .plist file as noted in the node-webkit wiki. Then, place your application's files inside of the *.app package by right clicking the app and choosing "Show Package Contents". Next navigate into the Resources folder and create a folder called app.nw (no need to zip it) and place your app's files in there. An app package is just a folder, so you can build your app on Windows as well.
