Some flags not working, no hardware acceleration on XP and vista

In chrome 32 I think it was, all hardware acceleration was disabled by the chrome development team for XP and vista computers. That's still a significant segment of the market (10-30% depending where you look), and as I'm making an HTML 5 game, I need hardware acceleration on.

I've put both --disable-software-rasterizer and --ignore-gpu-blacklist in the manifest, but they don't work.

The only way I can get hardware acceleration to turn on is to make a shortcut to NW.exe and add --ignore-gpu-blacklist to the target. That's sub-optimal if a user decides to try to run the exe directly.

Anyone know why having the argument in the manifest isn't working?
