support webkitSpeechRecognition?

Posted as issue on github https://github.com/rogerwang/node-webkit/issues/1115 but I guess it's more of a question than an issue so posting it here hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

It seems this can't work at the moment because of permissions settings and how a node-webkit application uses local file urls.

I tested in chrome and see how the local file url doesn't work and it needs to be served from a server.

Is there a way to make speech recognition work or is there a plan for future releases?

Thanks for raising this; I have the beginnings of an IDE I'm working
on in node-webkit and the next step was to integrate annyang for voice
commands.

TBH, I just assumed it would work.
