Editing .html, ... files in node-webkit projects/"live edit"

Hello again,

which (Windows OS) editor are you using for editing .html files?
Is there any support for "live edit", that means when the .html file
is saved with changes that node-webkit reloads the entire project?

Same question concerning that topic with other related files (e. g.
.js, .css). What is possible within the debugger?

many thanks for that really valuable hint - the mentioned recursive solution
with "gaze" works.
