Using Ext JS with node-webkit

I was thinking of using node-webkit along Ext JS.  I read the wiki page about node-webkit and express, which recommend using the protocol file:// instead of firing off express.

It seems Ext JS requires a local server to execute, though. 

In that particular case, do I have to run express?
