Location of dll's and nw.pak

Is it possible to specify a different location for these files? I do not want them to appear in the same folder as the .exe (I want them in a subfolder instead). 

I tried packing my exe so that all those files would be as 1 via a tool called "Enigma virtual box", but AVG detects this as a false positive (win32/heur), so that is not a solution.
