The 0.8.x branch is maintained for people who uses native modules and features not working with node >= 0.11.

oh, ok. But, when is the 0.9.x branch then updated with a new Chromium version?

It's not my project so feel free to ignore this... but it probably makes sense if Chromium is never updated on a minor version number increase.

The reason being, minor version number increases then become fixes you can just grab without worrying about testing; e.g. I wouldn't want to retest my entire app just because I'd updated from 0.9.1 to 0.9.2 to get a bug fix.

Right. The update of Chromium will happen in 0.10.0. I tried to update
it soon but there is no schedule for it.
