如何设置权限

比如在使用webrtc时，会有个提示是否允许使用麦克和视频，这个能不让它提示，而由开发者控制吗？
还有就是node-webkit的隐私数据保存在哪里？能设置吗？或者有无API清除它们？

Just tested nw-0.7.3: there is no allow prompt for user - webrtc enabled and allowed and working.

Tested with https://apprtc.appspot.com/
