Making window as popup is possible?

Can I make a frameless window as a popup, like menu that won't appear in taskbar or dock?

I want to make a custom menu by using this cool node-webkit! When I add a frameless window as a menu, I find that it will appear in taskbar. It confused me for a long time.

Currently the api for this feature is ready on both windows and linux, you can track this with issue https://github.com/rogerwang/node-webkit/issues/251

My code is in the skip-taskbar branch, waiting for merge in recent version.
