PTZ support for UVC devices in Windows

Dear developers,

Thank you for your work on NWJS and excellent framework.

I wanted to ask if it is planned to add Pan/Tilt/Zoom support for UVC cameras to NWJS?

The issue is described here:

https://github.com/nwjs/nw.js/issues/7856

If it is in the current plans - a small suggestion is to also regard adding a control for "Hue" parameter to the list of improvements as it would simplify certain tasks with UVC cameras.
