Is it possible to change cnavas types of width/heigth from 15 bit to 31/32 bits numbers?

I need one long canvas for simple graphics boxes more then 32767 pixels long. But from 32768 px of width canvas didn't work and can't show anything.

Yes, I can use array of canvas, but in this case need more complicated render.
