Hey coaches,
Just a quick reminder that our first coaching session with Dave Perry and Steve Hunt begins today, and runs from 12:30p to 1:30p PST. I would recommend logging into the Zoom 3-5 mins early to ensure we can get started on time and have a productive session.
If you registered, you should have received an email with more details and the Zoom link from Jerelyn on Sunday. You'll note there is also some pre-reading material that we've been asked to look over prior to the call.
If you did not receive that email or would like to still register, let me know ASAP and we'll try to get you on this first session.

I hope everyone picked up a few new ideas and viewpoints during today's session. After some discussion with NWISA leadership, we would like to hold an optional roundtable discussion directly after next week's session so that we can debrief and collaborate.
We will likely do these after the remainder of the sessions, and expect them to last approx. 30 mins, in order to foster more discussion. We'll try it next week and see how it goes, I will send out a separate Zoom link next week (we will need to drop off Dave's call at 1:30p and join the new Zoom to continue discussion).
