Combined Division Regatta Update

District,
Registration for this weekend closes in a few hours, but it seems every team has RSVPed at this point, so I have locked the fleet seeding for Gold/Silver, see below.
Coaches/Team leaders, please confirm your team's attendance in the field on the regatta sign up sheet, plus note your sail numbers if you have not done so already.
Let me know ASAP if you would like to bring an additional Bronze team (there are still a couple boats available) or if any of your teams have to cancel as the week progresses.
Coaches, feel free to use this thread if you are in search or a spare sailor to finish out a team (looks like some teams are bringing extras). Also I am still looking for a capable hand or two to round out our RC/safety team, so if there is a parent/volunteer that wouldn't mind spending some time on the water this weekend, send me their contact info.
As a reminder, I have attached the waiver for all sailors/parents to fill out. Also if you are able to drop off boats Friday please do so, its going to be busy Saturday morning, plus I can get a head start on boat inspections. If you are bringing boats Saturday AM, please aim for the 9am report time or earlier.

- my Olympia Silver Fleet team is actually a mixed team (I changed that on the far left portion of the reg.)
- not sure at this point if I will be able to field 2 bronze teams - I will let you know asap, but if you need those boats take them
- sail numbers: still haven't recieved an ETA on my new FJ sails will let you know asap
Extra help
- Paul Foley an Alumni of WWU and friends with Andrew, Ashley and I has been helping to run our practices. I can see if he'd like to volunteer with RC over the weekend. He's very experienced. Casey is also likely coming and was going to help coach, but if you were desperate he could help out (but if I tell him he's needed for RC he'll get scared away - we have to surprise him with it!).

With some cancellations this week, we are down to one skipper and crew for our Olympic team in the Bronze fleet. Please let me know if anyone would like to combine sailors with us to form a team. Otherwise, we'll have to drop that boat from the Bronze fleet.

I may also only have only 1/2 or 3/4 of a team for one of my bronze boats, could use a skipper.
Sarah, we can combine to make them a team Saturday morning if nothing else shakes out.
