MESSAGE TO THE CALLBOARD COMMUNITY

Hello Community,

We have recently been made aware of some predatory behavior and conduct that is not in alignment with the values and spirit of the NWFF Callboard.  This space is meant to be a place where we as a community can support one another in telling meaningful stories.  It is meant to be a collaborative space where people feel safe both to ask for help, but also offer their support in a safe, supportive environment.  

We, as an organization, will be reevaluating our policies and procedures and will be moderating the Callboard more thoroughly and intentionally as we move forward.  If you have ever experienced a moment on the Callboard that has made you feel uncomfortable please reach out to a member of the NWFF staff and we will do what we can to support you.  We should all feel safe and supported in this space and we will do all that we can to make sure that this Callboard lives up to those values going forward.
