Subject: 4PM Monday April 5 - Your Webinar Invitation: Join us for "Global Technology Initiatives"

Hello Team:

The 4PM BOM webinar yesterday worked out very well. We’ll do another BOM webinar at 4PM Pacific on Monday April 5. Although primarily intended for other time zones, it was well attended here on the west coast as well.

Following the 4PM presentation, I’m going to do a second webinar at 7PM Monday April 5. The invitation will come by separate email. Invite your “A” player, chicken list folks...and everyone else who you can’t get to a home meeting on Monday. Simply delete this coaching commentary and forward the invitation link. DO NOT change the wording or add a lot of your own stuff or talk about ACN or video phones or RVPs or anything like that! Trust me, this is dialed in as it is. Keep it a simple PIQUE invitation. “You gotta watch this on the web. It’s amazing!”

Promote this at Saturday Trainings!!

A couple suggestions:

1. Your west coast professional prospects will be in the office at 4PM and can easily get on the webinar from the office.

2. If you are worried about inviting to the webinar because you have not heard it yourself, then hop on at 4pm and check it out. You’ll see what everyone is talking about. Immediately afterward, start inviting all your best prospects...”Fred, you won’t believe what I just heard!!! I just heard about the coolest technology and an amazing way for us to make a bunch of money with it. You gotta hear this investment banker. He’s going to explain this again at 7PM tonight and I got a special invitation for us to tune in again. Let me send it to you. You will be blown away just like I am!”  Or invite a couple over to your house to watch, or take you laptop to their house. Whatever it takes.

3. The guests you get on the webinar at 4...follow up with them right after and invite them to tune in again and to invite a couple of their friends to tune in at 7 as well. It is a really easy way for them to test the ACN concept on their friends in a zero risk way. Treat this like social networking (not “MLM”) with friends telling friends and get a buzz going. Your business will explode.

4. The fortune is in the follow up. Use three way calls with your upline or sideline and get another “expert” on the line to strengthen your follow up call. Call your “expert” and then conference in the friend you invited. Whether you get them on the phone or have to leave voicemail, say something like, “Fred, I hope you were able to get on the webinar.

Assuming they say yes, say, “What did you like best?” Then say: “I happen to have an extremely successful ACN executive on the line with me right now. I was telling her about you and she wanted to give you her 60 second perspective on this deal. Can I  introduce you real quick?”

Then the expert makes a short energetic endorsement of the business and closes for the next step.

If they do not answer and you don’t know for sure that they were on the webinar, then have the expert simply leave a GENERIC message with an enthusiastic endification of the rep who invited them, an endorsement of the webinar itself and a comment that the technology business discussed is tremendous and needs to be seen to be believed. Do not give the presentation or “let the cat out of the bag.” Request that the prospect get back to their friend and find a time to take a look. Then get off the phone.

Make this a full court press, use all the tools at your disposal, play to win and you will win!

Mike
