limits to nwexpand

Hello,

I've been trying to use nwexpand with a dataset with 90k obs.

Unfortunately Stata is unable to perform the operation, with the following error:  

  I():  3900  unable to allocate real <tmp>[94705,94705]

 simMat():     -  function returned  error

 <istmt>:     -  function returned   error

I've already set maxvar to the maximum possible value given my edition (Stata MP, 13.1). 

Is there anyway I can circumvent this problem?
