nwcommands v1.0.4 - Social Network Analysis Using Stata

New programs:

- nwgen: Command that mirrors egen for networks

- nwpath: Calculates (shortest or specific-length) paths between nodes ego and alter (and saves them as networks), can be used together with nwplot::edgecolor()

- nwunab: Command that mirrors unab for networks

- nwds: Command that mirrors ds for networks

- nwutility: Calculates utility scores according to the connections model in Jackson and Wollinsky (1996)
