To install the nwcommands in Stata type in the following sequence of commands:

. net from http://nwcommands.org

. net install nwcommands_p1

. net install nwcommands_p1

. net get nwcommands_p1

So far, the software lives in two packages because of its substantial size. Once you installed both packages nwcommands_p1 and nwcommands_p2 it should work.

A good place to start is:

. help nwcommands

Furthermore, see the examples/tutorials on http://nwcommands.org. A more detailed "Getting started" guide will follow.

I think you have an error in the third line of the installation post above:

. net from http://nwcommands.org

. net install nwcommands_p1

. net install nwcommands_p1

. net get nwcommands_p1

It should be net install nwcommands_p2, correct?

I believe the the ancillary files are MIA, and I am also having a hard time getting the installation code to work.

Looking forward to getting this to work though. Really excited.

The installation procedure has slightly changed. In order to install the software packages use the following syntax.

. net from http://nwcommands.org

. net install nwcommands-ado

. net install nwcommands-hlp
