Error message using nwhierarchy and nwdissimilar

Hi,

I tried to use the nwhierarchy command but got an error message when I tried the example as well as when I tried with my own data. The command nwdissimilar produces the same error message. I tried using Stata 13 and Stata 14 as well as reinstalling the nwcommands ado, but still get the same error message. Is this a bug or am I missing something?
