problems with calculation in out degree nwcommands in STATA

I want to calculate in degree and out degree for some networks in stata.
There some options, but I did not understand how did they worked?
nwdegree netlist , generate(newvarlist) isolates valued standardize in(tabulate opt) out(tabulate opt) tabulate opt
I want to know which option should I type after "in" instead of (tabulate opt)
I tried several option but it did not work.I followed the section 17.4 in your manuscript for florentine.dta
It gave me such error :network 'flomarriage' not found
r(6001);However,I set the data set as network.with using this command it gave mu just degree centrality neither in degree nor out degree
