Please provide as many details as possible by attaching input and output files to your posting.

If you get an error while trying to add attachment to your posting, you could try to rename the attached file by adding the .txt suffix or upload the files to a publicly accessible website (e.g. google drive)

PS Please avoid using screenshots in your postings when possible. Text files in attachment are much easier to deal with.
