Good morning,

At last week’s meeting, Willie mentioned obtaining Arvest credit cards for those responsible for purchasing materials for our academies. Previously, purchases were made using a single card issued in his name.

The bank has requested a board resolution approving the issuance of these cards. The resolution is attached. We would like to call a special meeting to review and approve it.
