Anyone have any experience with the Honey Flow Hives? Do they really work. How do they work?

I haven't experienced them personally. The things I've heard are that the bees don't like them and for the expense is not worth it. I assume they have a queen excluder to keep brood out of the honey area. I'm not sure how you would check to make sure the honey was capped to know if it was ready to extract as not knowing this will affect your honey quality.
