I would like to extend to you an invitation to join us at our first Multilingual Family Conference which will be held on Saturday, May 4 from 10:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M. at the School District of Philadelphia, located at 440 North Broad Street. Come and participate of the workshops, which will consists of five strands: education, health and healing, immigration and human rights, creative arts, and personal development. This year's theme is Language, Culture, and Learning in a Different Country. The keynote speaker will be Dr. Lucinda Lee Katz, a tireless advocate for multicultural education and the first bilingual/bi-cultural Chinese teacher in the San Francisco School District.

• Ms. Xiao Wang and Chinese Dance Troupe
• Arabic music by Al-Bustan Seeds of Culture which will be offering a drumming workshop as well;

• and, the Bhutanese American Student Dance Ensemble
