The Wonderful Web Workshop - Update!

Hey Everyone,
 there has been a change and one addition to our Communication Cluster"s Wonderful Web Workshop this Sunday, jan 8th. Instead of beginning at 1pm, we will move that time up to noon, 12pm. There is a very important "Save the Post Office" march taking place at 2pm and i hope that by bumping up the time of this meeting that those who'd like to go to the march will be able to get some web instruction and then take off a little early to go march. I really hope that works out.

Second thing is, in addition to having POCs from every committee attend this meeting we also need to have someone present who is somewhat computer savvy to be an admin for the committees represented. If a POC and an admin is the same person, im sure that would be just fine, even encouraged.
 
There has been plenty suspense and chaos over the issue of the arrival of our new web page and this is the opportunity to gain some practical knowledge, clear the air, and relieve some doubt about our web page. This is a dream come true so lets make good efforts to let the web team allow us to help ourselves.

would it be a good idea to try to make this web workshop earlier, starting at noon maybe? so that we can get a good chunk of the instruction before people have to leave for the march?

Good news everyone!
   The Web Team is ready to share all and will give instructions on how to use the long awaited, new web page.  The Outreach Cmmtte's Communication Cluster meeting had been on a holiday break but will kick off the first of this year's weekly meetings by giving the Web Team the time to teach and organize the function of our new OP web page.
  This will also be the time to hammer out any remaining web issues you may have.

  The Web Workshop will take place at PSU's cafeteria in Smith Memorial Building at 1pm. This is an open event, all are welcome, especially the POCs!,  ..and pass the word!..

This is a beautiful time to be in this particular movement in this special year.  We have no power without Unity!.. there is so much good & inspiring work to do.
