FYI---on 08/16/08 fr 10-2pm. At Homestead Park---se 40th st and 82nd st se, Mercer Island. Hope to see you there. BTW, I'm not a Republican, but attend the picnic to hobnob with some conservatives, an endangered species/disenfranchised minority, in the Green Lake/Maple Leaf area. My wife, Joanne, is a Republican. We attended a meeting of the discussion group a few months ago in the Crossroads Mall, really liked the experience/environs, and intend to continue participating when the group restarts.
