nvpy has a new maintainer!

Dear all,

I am super happy to announce that the nvpy project has found a new
maintainer!

From now on, Yuuki[1,2,3] will be taking over the ownership and
maintenance of nvpy. I will of course be around to help where
required, but Yuuki will drive the effort from here on out.

One of his first additions (PR is ready) is full synchronisation
on a background thread, something which has been on the planned
features list for a long time.

Thank you all very much for the adventure up to now!

My first task will be to fix some issues related to my PR and merge to master.

After that, I'll get started with the following.

- Improve markdown editability.
- Support Trash.
- Port to Python3.
- Spport Streaming API.
