change to way replies work

I made a change to the way this mailing list is setup. This will help with the
problem where person-to-person replies are broadcast to the entire group.

Now, when you reply to an email in this group, by default the message will go
ONLY to the person who sent that previous messasge.

If you want your reply to be directed to the entire group, you will need to
use the "Reply All" (or similar) command in your mail program.
