Hi All

Would you pass this email on.

We have a need for 3 or 4 volunteers to man the MCM check in starting at 3:00 AM on race morning; Oct 25, 2009. This could be as assignment for a ham (or non-ham) that would like to help but does not want to be on the course for an extended period. This assignment runs from 3:00 AM to 6:30 AM.

This group will:

- check in the operators

- pass out the packets

- pass out the 2009 t-shirts

- pass out the lunches

- pass out the 2008 t-shirts

- coordinate with NCS/Lead to update the attendance list.

Please reply if you would be willing to help with check in.

If you know of anyone that would be willing to help with check in and then go home instead of working the MCM, please have them contact me.
