Bruce,
Both codes get the expected results. The messages are rather scratchy here in Falls Church City. I suppose this should be expected from a transmitter in Fairfax. I used low power into the remote so I would not be getting into the main site.

P.S. I met one of your cousins at the Vienna Turkey Trot. She had high praise for you, fully deserved.

On Sunday, 30 November, the remote receiver from the Tysons Corner site was repaired and re-installed on site.  The receiver seems to be working OK, but has not, yet, had its audio levels adjusted to balance the system.  I hope to get that done in the near future.  For the moment, I believe the audio level is a bit low, but the annoying noise from the remote seems to be gone.

For those of you close to Tysons, a Touch Tone code of 400 should net you a time announcement from the Tysons Remote controller.  A code of 16255 should net you a 45 second segment of NOAA WX Radio.  Try it out and post your results.

Thanks, John.  The repeater is operating on exciter only at the moment, so it will be a bit scratchy until we get the amp back in line...
