NVCS Board Minutes for March meeting

Hello - Attached are the board minutes for the March meeting.  See you Tuesday.

The minutes have a few blanks in them. Near the end of the report, there
is a blank in reference to a second location for an end of the year
potluck. We mentioned Whipple Dam during the meeting. Also, the last day
off was discussed, but I do not remember what was decided.

The day off decided on was October 18 as in-service and the 19 as off. The
staff decided to do the year end potluck at Tusseyview on June 6. More
info will be in my report.
