parking agreement with the Ramada Inn

Dear Board Members,
In November I had mentioned that the Ramada Inn is expanding their
restaurant and needs additional parking space. They are getting ready to
get the various approvals necessary to proceed. Included in the paperwork
is a shared parking agreement with the school.
It states that if any site work is required, such as additional planting
along the road and a side walk over to their side of the road, it would be
at their expense and would be done during the summer.
Both parties would be responsible for maintaining their lots and keeping
insurance on the lots.
We would be able to use their lot- this might be handy on back to school
nights, etc.
The good neighbor agreements about using the swimming are not in the
written agreement but they will stand by them.
If you have questions you may stop by and look over the document. If many
have questions, I will scan the document.
They will have the final document ready to be signed before their first
hearing on February 9.

I cannot remember right now, sorry, but, when did they plan on using our parking lot and for what duration? Would it be from 8 to 8:30 a.m and between 3 and 3:30 p.m.?

Pallavi,
They would need our parking for a few employees on nights that they are
full in all meeting rooms. Joe thinks they would probably be more inclined
to park on the street but they need to show the availability of off street
parking.I don't think it would ever interfere with school parking.
