NVCS May Draft Board Minutes

Hello everyone - Please forgive me, I have gotten so wrapped up in summer, I forgot to send out the draft minutes for this coming Tuesday's (6/21) Board meeting.   Please let Carolyn know if you will not be able to attend, so we can make sure we have a quorum for elections.

Dear All,

A 7 pm meeting will not work for me, but I was wondering if a slight change in time to say 5 pm could work everyone?  We can only do this if that time works for all.  Carolyn - are there some new parents planning to come on the board who may not be on this list?

I would prefer to meet at 5 but I would be concerned about any parents who
are planning to attend with an interest to serve on the board and have not
told me so...I could send out a note to all families but don't know if it
will be seen in time.

We have to publish the meeting times so the public knows when and
where the meetings will be. I don't think we can get a notice out
before tomorrow.

I think we should keep the meeting at 7.
