December board meeting

On the third Tuesday of December, I will be in Hawaii and not able to
attend the meeting. The only action item that I am aware of will be
deciding if we will give our $100 gift card to full time and $50 gift card
to part time employees for the holiday. It is in the budget so I don't
know if we need to vote. Do you want to cancel the meeting or hold it
without me?

I move to cancel this month's board meeting.
I believe the gift cards for employees that Carolyn speaks of are already
purchased. Since it is in the budget, we don't need to vote on it. Carolyn
says there are no action items, so unless something comes up soon, I feel
that we can handle waiting until January's meeting.
