Greetings, Friends,
I'm full of both celebration and mourning when I think about our
Compassionate Leadership Training. So many needs continue to be met
in abundance for our community of participants, staff and trainers.
My mourning is around the relatively small number of folks taking
advantage of this opportunity, and the fun I'm missing by not having
more playmates.
Would you be willing to consider coming to our party?!?
If you feel intrigued, please read on...
"Aaaaaaah the soul's sweetest repose in connection. Thank you everyone
for sharing your precious aliveness. This group has already met more
of my needs than in any other group I have been in and I am in awe as
to what is possible to create." --Lucinda Patterson, Atlanta, GA,
Compassionate Leadership East 2009
The members of each of the comprehensive Compassionate Leadership (CL)
2009 programs (CL'09 West and CL'09 East) invite you to join us in our
supportive community. This is an opportunity to grow in NVC
consciousness and awareness, learn and connect with others with
similar desires, co-create our community, and clarify your
contribution to the world you want to live in.
The 2009 programs began in February with a CL'09 West retreat in
Albuquerque, NM, and a CL'09 East retreat in Atlanta, GA. In both
groups the members have opened their hearts to share this enriching
experience with you. There are two more 5-day retreats in each
program - one in late June and the other in late October/November, and
a variety of scheduled teleconferences, leadership pod meetings, and
mentoring sessions available immediately.
We invite you to take a 1st or 2nd look at our updated website,
http://www.compassionateleadershiptraining.com, respond to me here, or
any of us (phone numbers below or emails here: contact us).
Here's what an intern in CL09 West wrote:
"Compassionate Leadership is a stimulating, rich experience. The
residential nature of retreats provides a nurturing and supportive
environment for this work. We are like a family! The experience of the
trainers feels deep and strong, and is almost invisible because they
are smooth and able to handle things, while we grow!" --Joe Glennon,
CL'08 graduate, CL'09 West intern
