Greetings, Friends,

We feel amazed and touched reflecting on the past three years of our involvement with Compassionate Leadership. This has been an experience of living in the world we want to live in, characterized by shared intentions to prioritize connection, mutuality, co-leadership, and growth. Based on the feedback we have received from our participants, Compassionate Leadership has been a super-satisfier for many people!

We are offering Compassionate Leadership in 2010 with one community and two tracks. Compassionate Leadership I will focus on deepening and integrating NVC skills and consciousness personally, in relationships, and systemically. Compassionate Leadership II will offer support to the growing NVC community of trainers and facilitators.

In Compassionate leadership I we will focus on:
  • Being in a community of experienced NVC practitioners that offers ongoing mutual support
  • Creating and implementing a personal leadership plan for living and sharing NVC
  • Deepening your integration and living of NVC consciousness
  • Developing cooperative community-building skills

The trainer/facilitator track (Compassionate Leadership II) is designed for those of you who are already facilitating training or groups and would like to expand your skills and knowledge of the art and science of training and facilitation. Whether you are an experienced certified trainer, a trainer candidate, or a group facilitator, we are designing this training to address the nuts and bolts of training, facilitating, and life-enhancing social change while living in harmony and integrity with our values and the values of the NVC processes.

In Compassionate Leadership II we will focus on:
  • Fostering skills for teaching, facilitating and mentoring NVC-based processes
  • Creating and marketing a sustainable practice
  • Writing a leadership plan to support personal integration and bringing NVC out into the world
  • Assessing and moving professional skills to the level of certification readiness
  • Using cutting edge self-assessment, video and nonviolent feedback for rapid development

We love that we live the process of nonviolence and compassion with one another at many levels in our Compassionate Leadership community. There is a felt sense of equivalence, that is, that everyone’s needs have equal value and that there is a shared commitment to address those needs in a life-affirming way. We also appreciate the sense of openness, transparency and profound honesty that we have created while keeping empathic connection as a priority. If you are attracted to living in this kind of community and learning together, please check out our website at CompassionateLeadershipTraining.com/
We would then like the opportunity to personally connect with you to determine together which of our programs best fits your needs. Our contact information is below.

Warmly,
