One Last effort Required - Appeal from HG Radheshyam pr

Dear Prabhujis and Matajis,

 

Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada. All glories to Sri Guru and Sri Gauranga.

 

We would like to inform you the current financial situation of the NVCC project.

 

1.      We have Rs. 3.50 crores remaining with us.

2.      Out of these, we have to make the payment of bills of worth Rs. 2 crores. Apart from that Rs. 1 crore more would be required to complete the project by 20^th of February.

3.      This means that we have just Rs. 50 lacs available right now for the inauguration festival.

4.      Sri Guru Charan prabhu has said that if the congregation and patron care department will fulfill their commitment, we may get another Rs. 1 to Rs.1.50 crore till the date of inauguration. This will completely be required for the inauguration ceremony.

5.      However, let us not forget that the temple will be fully functional from 25th onwards. That means that we have to incur regular maintenance expenditures for Deities, devotees and visitors from 25^th of February. The regular maintenance expenditure is likely to be Rs. 15 to Rs. 20 lacs immediately.

6.      Therefore, to meet these expenditures, we will require an additional buffer of Rs. 1 crore. Thus in all we would be requiring Rs. 2.50 crores more.

 

We request all the devotees to kindly be aware of the above situation and give one last try to collect funds to ensure successful completion of construction, inauguration, and beginning of the project.
