Please find attached the Parking Details herewith. Please note the following:
· As the triangle of Shtrunjaya temple is potential traffic jam place, we have alloted one parking place on all three entries to NVCC. The three roads and their parking places are:
o For Devotees coming from Ganga dham, Bibwewadi and other places on VIT Hostel road : Shatrunjay temple’s ground adjacent to VIT hostel Road
o For devotees coming from Wanowrie, Hadapsar, Undri, NIBM, Race Course etc : Ground in front of Sinhagad School and Ground behind Rasiklal Dhariwal School.
o For devotees coming from Katraj, Dhankawadi, Mumbai Pune highway etc: Ground behind Chaitanya hospital.
· All the Temple Transportation department and Mahat Seva vehicles (60 buses and 100 cars) will be parked in the Shatrunjay temple ground (this is apart from the ground used by devotees as in point 1 above).
· The registration, transportation and accommodation stalls for registering outside pune devotees will be in Shatrunjay temple
· The registration and coupon giving counter for devotees staying in pune on the way to NVCC.
· All the parking places will be marked and security guards will be available to guide the vehicles.
· Additional guidelines for parking on 24th will be given later depending on VVIP’s arrival/situation that time.
· The timings for the parking are : 5 am till 9 pm only
