Please note the following minutes of meeting with all counselors which was held at NVCC on 3^rd Jan:

VERY IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT regarding invitation to guests:

·       As we are expecting more than 12,000 devotees from outside Pune as registered on our site, plus 7,000 devotees from Pune, it is decided that Pune devotees refrain from calling their Friends or wellwisher or Donors on 23^rd Feb as there is not darshan till 3-4 pm and the space to witness the abhishek is very very less. Even devotees will have to sit and view from LED wall in the Pandal.

·       Also as  VVIP CHIEF GUESTs are expected due to which Government Security Agencies will be taking over our Temple and will make it completely inaccesible from 8 am till 3 pm, to everyone (even to all our devotees), except special invities, against special passes issued by Government Security Agencies . Even all the roads leading to temple will be blocked from 11 am till 2.30 pm. So it is requested that NO Wellwisher or Donors or Guests  should be invited before 3 pm on 24^th Feb, 2013.

 

Regarding Mahacleaning at NVCC:

·        As lots of cleaning is to be done at NVCC all the evening and weekly programs are cancelled till opening of NVCC

·        Instead devotees are requested to contribute to the cleaning of NVCC everday

·        They can come at any time but the following slots are made so that more devotees can come collectively

o   10 am – 1 pm

o   3 pm – 6 pm

o   6 pm – 9 pm

·        Both matajis and prabhujis can come as following services can be done by them

o   Heavy services like shifting of material from one place to other

o   Light services like mopping the tiles, cleaning the marble with wet cloth etc.

o   Interior services can be done in night as outside service cannot be done in night.

 

Balaji Procession Prasadam packing

·        8^th and 9^th Feb: Requirement of 60 devotees in Old temple to pack 20,000 packets of Bundi Prasadam to be distributed during Balaji Procession.
