Do you ever feel you could do with a new strategy for dealing with difficult behaviour? Feel like you could get a better deal for yourself in work, family or intimate relationships? This is the tool.
A few months ago I received a link to the videos you can find at the bottom of this email. Try one.
I was instantly struck by the insight of Marshall Rosenberg and greedily gulped down a few hours of his online workshops. In the short time I've been practicing NVC I've observed an enormous improvement in all my relationships. NVC strikes me as singularly the most powerful tool for effecting positive change both personally and globally, communication being the meeting point between all living things. As such, I've made it a priority to master this particular skill as soon as possible.
In the short time I've been working with other people who have also engaged with this technique, I've caught a glimpse of what I've always believed was achievable, the unlocking of human potential where differences are not just put aside but evaporated in the light of clear communication.
I now consider NVC to be fundamental to the operation of any truly effective team.
Although it may, at first sight, all seem a bit a bit fluffy or utopian... don't be fooled. Catchphrases associated with NVC include "no compromise" and "don't be nice, be real".
I could go on and on but basically I'm suggesting that NVC could be the key to unlocking a whole new level of happiness in our lives. There's no guru, no dogma, no sign-up fee and no holds barred (sic).
