Hi, 

This APOGEE, we continue keeping our promise of growth and excellence by bringing our celebration of technology closer to you! This year APOGEE (in association with CSI, DTU) will reach out to multitudes of colleges in Delhi this February on 8th and 9th, 2013. The battleground at Delhi Technological University (DTU) will host the zonals for the following events, for which the finals will be held at BITS-Pilani during APOGEE 2013:

1) CODESTORM - Codestorm is a coding event in which participants need to write code for a given set of problems. The event will mainly focus on the ability of the participants to code problems as quick as they can. The one who solves maximum number of problems correctly in the allotted time shall be adjudged the winner. CodeStorm will be held on 8th February in 2 slots from 12 Noon onwards.

2) TRACK-O-MANIA - The participants should build an autonomous robot that can follow the given path in minimum possible time, without deviating from the line. The aim of the event is to check the stability and sensing capabilities of the robot in comparison with other opponents. Track-o-mania will be held on 9th February from 11 AM - 4 PM in DTU.

3) AUTONOMOUS MOBILE BOT WORKSHOP - A workshop on line-following robots would be conducted, so as to prepare interested students for the Track-o-mania event happening in APOGEE 2013 and many other fests. This Robotics workshop would provide the participants knowledge and experience on the fast growing field of Robotics and specialize in line-following bots. Kit worth Rs 1200 to be given per team. The cost for attending the workshop will Rs 1750 for a team consisting of maximum 5 individual members. This workshop will be conducted on 8th February from 11 AM - 5 PM.

4) OHT: MINDFIGHT - A quiz to test your thinking and your knowledge. This will be a wild-card entry for the winners to the Final Round of our most coveted and one of the biggest Quizzes in North India 'OverHead Transmission'. Teams of maximum 3 will be allowed. Mindfight would be held on 9th February from 11 AM - 2 PM. Venue: DTU Auditorium.

Cash Prizes of over 12k to be won, and free entry to the finals of the event during APOGEE 2013.
