Dear users and followers,
we are happy to announce we finally released NVBIO 1.0!
After many recent improvements to the overall code stability of NVBIO and the speed, specificity and sensitivity
of nvBowtie, we believe the time has come to call it a day and make an official release.
And in fact, 1.0.90 is already in beta, with new features targeting larger alphabets, like generalized rank dictionaries
and wavelet trees.
