Will nvbio ever been translated to JCUDA java API format?

Hi,

I am no practical use for nvbio in the general areas for which it is needed.

However I am interested in the compression algorithms and FILE io capabilities of NVBIO.

Is it possible this nvbio will ever be translated to JCUDA Java version?
